Beeversteeg in Ninove serves as a connecting route between the old town center and a nearby shopping center, but lacked attractiveness. Timberlab designed a special lamp post for this project, in addition to using the EYE 150 fixtures, both made of oak. These fixtures not only provide functional lighting but also contribute to the unique experience of the alley and enhance safety.
The grand reopening of Beversteeg took place in September 2022. In addition to the Timberlab lighting, the alley has been beautified with a vertical garden, climbing plants, benches, artwork and some window displays for local merchants. This greening project therefore benefits not only the city, its residents and business owners, but also the environment. This project was realized by our partner Arcos.
