At the Revius Lyceum in Doorn, not only is innovative education paramount, but also sustainability. In September 2017, a new school building was inaugurated that fully meets this vision. The building is equipped with more than 800 solar panels on the roof and has an impressive energy label of A+.
Timberlab contributed to a safe and sustainable schoolyard by providing wooden lampposts equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. The type of lamp post chosen for this project was the STRATO, made from larch wood sourced from the nearby Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Veluwe.
