Adark® is more than a lighting system; it is a dynamic and smart solution that responds in real-time to changes in the environment. Integrated passive infrared (PIR) sensors detect motion and communicate directly with the intelligent driver to automatically adjust light intensity.

The master-slave system: reliable coordination

Adark® works with an efficient master-slave system that provides controlled dynamic lighting:

Master fixtures feature a PIR sensor that detects motion and sends signals to the connected fixtures.
Slave luminaires follow the master’s signals adjust their lighting accordingly, without performing detection themselves.

Upon detection, the master luminaire activates all connected slaves, providing a consistent lighting level. Once motion stops, the system automatically switches back to the standard light level after an adjustable delay time.

Technical highlights of Adark®

At the heart of Adark® is a smart driver that controls the lighting system. Preset DIP switches ensure that the system is operational immediately after installation, after which settings can be easily adjusted for specific applications. The following variables are adjustable:

Standard light level: In the absence of motion
Increased light level: Upon detection of motion.
Delay time: Adjustable period during which the system returns to a lower light level.

The PIR sensors have a variable range depending on mounting height, allowing Adark® to be tailored to specific installation site needs.
